WINS aims to inspire women to be bold, meet other women leaders in their community, and network in an intentional way. Together, we can support women leaders, women-owned businesses and elevate women in all settings.​

WINS is a unique opportunity for professional women to come together, network, and engage in meaningful discussions. Each session features short and insightful programming from local leaders, particularly influential women. Our post-program networking is structured into small, curated networking groups designed foster more meaningful connections than are typically achieved at traditional networking events.
