Libby Ehrig Roberts

Libby Ehrig Roberts, Director Of Training at ATW Training Solutions, came to ATW in 2016 after spending almost nine years in the banking industry. There she started in front-line operations and moved to management and training.
Libby brings experience in supervision and management, customer service, communication skills, workplace etiquette, and sales to her role at ATW. Libby holds a bachelor’s degree from Simpson College and a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University.
In addition to her role at ATW, Libby is a member of the Central Iowa Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and serves on the membership committee.
